The thing about books it makes you a time traveler, shape shifter, dragon slayer, lady in distress, detective or a villain and you don't even have to get up from bed in the morning.

The Secret History - Donna Tartt

The book that coulda, shoulda but didn't. I feel it lacked some more umph to be really great

Wuthering Heights - Lucasta Miller, Pauline Nestor, Emily Brontë

Is it ok if a book makes you fall in love with egoistic, manipulative, obsessive psycho___ (add a few crazy person attributes on a blank space too). And don't get me wrong, that is a type of a man I usually hate...

I Am the Messenger - Markus Zusak

I was trying to find "meh" emoji to cut my review short, now it spread on a sentence more that this book deserved. Ok, I'm being to harsh, it was an ok book...I think.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - J.K. Rowling

This is my favourite of the whole series. This is no review because I feel there is no need to review a book that is as famous as the Bible :)) just a short remark...

The thing is I usually don't judge people by the fact if they dislike some book that I love but with this series I'll make an exception. If you dislike this series you are either to old (not by age but by cynicism that can come with it) or you have no soul. It is simple as that. Yes, you can criticise the simplicity of the writing style, dialogues, unrealistic teen behaviour but the thing about this series it effused magic. And if you can't truly feel it and ridicule ones that can than it is your loss. And what a great loss it is...

The Bad Girl

The Bad Girl - Edith Grossman, Mario Vargas Llosa niña mala...one of the few book characters I would really like to drown

Animal Farm

Animal Farm - George Orwell "Sve su životinje jednake ali neke životinje su jednakije od drugih."

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy

Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy - John le Carré Ne znam je li do prevoda, al je citanje i pracenje fabule bilo mucenje

Besnilo

Besnilo - Borislav Pekić Genijalno

Never Let Me Go

Never Let Me Go - Kazuo Ishiguro I think this is one of the rare cases where the movie was better than the book

The Unbearable Lightness of Being

The Unbearable Lightness of Being - Milan Kundera, Michael Henry Heim one of the most overrated books of all time, I felt no interest for characters, story or philosophy of the book, the whole form of narration and tumblr like quotes was pretty annoying as much as the characters were
